The Easiest Skincare and Healthy Hair Tip


 

There are many different lifestyle suggestions I give to patients to improve their hair and skin health.  My favorite (and easiest) tip is to sleep on a silk pillowcase.

A silk pillowcase helps the breaking of hair and capillaries and also feels great and promotes restful sleep.

Remember to change your pillow case twice weekly and enjoy!
