Spiced Dates Recipe to Increase Oxytocin


Dates With Ghee

Dates, cardamom and cinnamon are all oxytocic & aphrodisiac. Oxytocin is the “love hormone.”  This sweet treat is not only delicious but great for the Fall Season to nourish and vitalize your tissues and bring that ‘dewy glow’ we all desire.  The key is to only have 1-2 daily when you need that extra boost.

The addition of the the spices to this treat helps for it to digest the heavier sugar and fat and carry the nourishment to your tissues.

If you want extra strength and pleasure, add this to your diet as a tonic.

INGREDIENTS:

1-2 Organic Medjool dates

1 small pinch of Cinnamon

1 small pinch of Cardamom

1/2 teaspoon of Ghee

Soak the dates in a small amount of water before you go to bed, this increase their softness and digestive quality.  Mix the spices into the ghee or sprinkle the spices onto the ghee after it’s been spread into the dates.  Eat slowly and enjoy the sensory pleasure.
